Serves one:
- 1 fresh thyme sprig
- 2-3 cucumber slices, peeled
- 2 ounce Tanqueray Ten
- 1 ounce white cranberry juice
- squirt of lime
- cucumber slices, to garnish
Remove leaves from thyme sprig and combine with cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Muddle well. Add ice cubes and remaining ingredients and shake or stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
